Our signature dish, "Jadol Gujeolpan," is a traditional Korean royal dish made by grilling gujeolpan (nine-piece pan) in an iron pot together with chadolbagi (beef belly), seafood, eggs, etc., and then wrapping it in perilla and lettuce.If you have any left over, you can add rice and enjoy it like fried rice.
